Levites: Ex 6:21 (P). 1 Ch 26:25. an Asaphite 1 Ch 9:15 ‖ Ne 11:17 where read זכרי (for זַבְדִּי, q.v.); cf. also infr. זַכּוּר 3 b. a priest Ne 12:17 (𝔊L Ζαχαριας). Benjamites: 1 Ch 8:19. v 23. v 27. Ne 11:9. father of a captain in Jehoiada’s time 2 Ch 23:1 (𝔊 Ζαχαρια, 𝔊L Ζεχρι). mighty man of Ephraim 2 Ch 28:7 (𝔊 Ἐζεχρει, 𝔊L Ζαχαριας).
