### Meaning

(slang, mildly rude) a sudden moment when your mind goes blank or you make a silly mistake.

### In the lessons

Casual slang, all regions, mostly US; jokey and a bit rude because of «fart». Used to excuse your own slip, among friends, at work in chat, never in formal writing.
