### Note

Noun: «dehydration». «De-» means removing, «hydr-» means water. Trap: feeling thirsty is an early sign — do not wait until you are very thirsty. In maths and science, dehydrated food weighs less because the water is gone: 100 g of grapes may become about 25 g of raisins.
