## In Jewish tradition

Joseph ministered to Potiphar, and Joshua was Moses' minister. The Levites and priests minister in the Tabernacle.

**Interpretation.** The service of the priests and Levites is seen as holy work. Tradition says Joshua learned from serving Moses, so he could lead after him.
