### Meaning

1. (euphemism, humorous) not clever; not very intelligent.
2. (modest) not an expert, only an ordinary person (said about oneself).

People say it to call someone not clever in a joking, softened way, or to be modest about themselves before giving an answer. Informal and humorous register, all English-speaking countries.

Einstein is a name, so it takes a capital E. «Okay, Einstein» said to someone is sarcastic and can be rude. Plain words it stands for: not clever, stupid. Said about oneself, it is just modesty.
