2. A path is the line or route along which something moves: the path of a ball, the path of a storm. [tree →](https://mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/dictionaries/school/P/path/#m2)
3. A path can be a way of living or a plan for the future: «a career path». [tree →](https://mova.elamur.ai/free/en/corpora/dictionaries/school/P/path/#m3)

## In Jewish tradition

Interpretation: In the Sefer Yetzirah "paths" are the thirty-two paths of wisdom, which are ten numbers and twenty-two letters. Kabbalists see each path as a stage in how God made the world. In the primary lessons: In maths: a length walked, run or built; paths around gardens or fields; a path around a shape is like a perimeter; «there and back». In science: the path of the Moon around the Earth, the path of light. In everyday life and safety: stay on the path in the woods. In stories: a winding path through the forest.
