### In the lessons

In stories the ending often reveals a secret or who did it. In science experiments results reveal facts. In safety lessons pupils learn not to reveal personal information (address, passwords) online. Phrases: «reveal a secret», «reveal the answer», «it was revealed that…».

## In Jewish tradition

To reveal means to show something hidden. In the Torah it is often God who shows Himself or His will to people.

**Interpretation.** Jewish tradition says God revealed the Torah to Israel at Mount Sinai. The verse in Deuteronomy says hidden things belong to God, and revealed things belong to us to act on.
