«universe» in the English dictionary: everyday and in Jewish tradition — its meanings, how the lessons use it, and examples, each with its tree on Mova.

## Everyday

### In the lessons

In science lessons pupils learn that the Earth is one planet orbiting the Sun, the Sun is one star in the Milky Way galaxy, and the Milky Way is one of billions of galaxies in the universe. Scientists think the universe began with the Big Bang about 13.8 billion years ago and is still expanding. In stories and films, «the Marvel universe» means its imagined world. Phrases: «in the universe», «the observable universe».

### Examples
