# unskilled

adjective

«unskilled» in the English dictionary: in Jewish tradition — its meanings, how the lessons use it, and examples, each with its tree on Mova.

## In Jewish tradition

"Uncircumcised of lips" is a phrase Moses uses about himself, meaning he is not a good speaker.

**Interpretation.** Moses says he is "uncircumcised of lips" to explain why Pharaoh would not listen to him. The tradition reads it as a sign of his modesty and that God's words came through him anyway.
