### In the lessons

In maths and science «warmer» compares temperatures: if it is 15 °C today and 20 °C tomorrow, tomorrow is 5 degrees warmer. Places near the equator are usually warmer; summer is warmer than winter. In everyday life you put on warmer clothes when it gets cold. In games, «warmer!» means you are getting closer to the hidden thing («colder» means further away). Phrases: getting warmer, warmer clothes, warmer weather.
