### In the lessons

In feelings and everyday life, children may feel worried about tests, a new school, a sick pet or family changes; talking to a trusted adult helps, and breathing slowly can calm you. In safety, if you are worried about something that happened online or with a person, tell an adult — you will not be in trouble. In stories, a worried character often frowns, bites their nails or cannot sleep.
